Disappointed in service department. Charged $300+ and fixed NOTHING!! Doesn’t get much lower taking money from a single mom. Ya’ll could’ve put that money towards the new tires you said were dry rotted. I’m desperate for an oil change and you wouldn’t even put the money towards that. There were many things you could’ve done to help but because I didn’t come in for those things, ya’ll refused to fix any of them. Million dollar company taking money from people living paycheck to paycheck. My kids and I have one car and ya’ll let me sit in your service department sobbing behind my sunglasses. Cried and prayed all the way home that my car would make it home safely. I will not be back. Also- the mechanics video was so muffled and he spoke so fast I couldn’t even understand him. When I asked for help I was told “well I understand what he’s saying” from the service dept guy. Of course you understand him!! You know parts, I don’t!!
